Sharon: nerve cell neuropathy

from the age of 9, suffered severe back problems. Neurologlists diagnosed disc disease and deterioration. I was put in a chair-back brace for three years. There was nothing else they could do.

In 2000, I went into the hospital for an artificial artery graft in my leg. I was given an epidural, which caused the side effect of paralysis throughout various parts of my body. As a result, I had a lot of difficulty walking. My walk was unbalanced. My legs were weak. I could not jump. I could not sit, stand, or walk without severe pain. I was in constant pain without relief. My day-to-day activities were limited. Normal everyday chores were nearly impossible. If I would drop something, I could not pick it up. I could not get up and down from a seated position without assistance. I used a walker and a cane.

At a subsequent doctor's visit with a pain specialist, I was told I was a classic textbook case. He had read about my condition; but, he had never seen it in a patient before. I was the most severe case he had ever seen. He could not help me.

In, 2005, I was diagnosed with nerve cell neuropathy in both of my legs. I could not feel or bend my toes, which made wearing shoes nearly impossible. My feet were in constant pain and I could not stand wearing shoes. I was told there was nothing medically that could be done to help me.

On Sunday, September 18, 2005 , I attended a church service at New Beginnings Healing Center in Defiance, Ohio . I came to church expecting a sovereign miracle. I purposely brought along high-heel shoes, shoes that I could not walk in. During this service, special guest speaker, George Nitecki, gave his testimony about being healed of renal cell carcinoma and lung cancer. At the conclusion of his testimony, George asked for those who were in need of healing to come to the altar. I was the first one to come up for prayer. George laid hands on me, I fell under the power of the Holy Spirit and when I got up, I felt like I once again had leg muscles and I felt strength. I, then, realized that the pain I had lived with for the last five years was completely gone. So, I thought I'd check it out. I started walking around the aisles in my high-heeled shoes. The more I walked, the more I experienced the healing anointing. I felt I could do things that I couldn't do before; so, I started jumping, leaping, and praising the Lord. My heart was filled with joy and laughter because I knew I had been healed.

When I went home from church, I thought I would check myself out even more. I sat in all of my different chairs to see if I could get up and down by myself. Praise God, I could do it with no assistance and I have been doing it every since. Actually, each day, I'm still getting better and feeling more strength.
Before I was healed, I was aware of constant pain and now I do things I couldn't do before without even thinking about it. I praise God everyday for this sovereign miracle. The Lord did what the doctors could not do!! All Glory for this miracle belongs to my Father, God.
